Fabulous 2009 Weddings

As most of you know, both my sister Kim & brother Ryan got married last year to two of the most AMAZING people. I'm so lucky to be able to call Greg & Lauren family now.

Both weddings were absolutely amazing. If our wedding is even close to as perfect as both of theirs were, I will be one happy girl!

Honeymoon

Since we are at a slight pause in Wedding Planning, what better time to research destinations for our honeymoon!!!??

I want it to be perfect. I want a private villa. And a private pool. And lots of relaxing. And sun. And a butler. And maybe some surfing. Or kayaking. And also, if we could go skiing too, that would be great.

Any suggestions??

Lately, I have been obssesed with Wedding Blogs...and really anything wedding. A few of my favorites: greenweddingshoes.com; stylemepretty.com; brooklynbride.com (really I could go on & on!) And yes, I also watch those cheesy TLC shows. Say Yes to the Dress; Rich Bride/Poor Bride; Platinum Weddings (actually that one is kind of depressing...$65,000 flower budget...for real??).

Every once and a while I come across some, shall we say..."interesting"...posts. Thought I would share this one with you. And it's not a joke. Scary!

Nav & I finally had our engagement photos taken yesterday by the EVER so fabulous Kella MacPhee!

We couldn't be happier that she is shooting our wedding. Some of you might know of her from Ryan & Lauren's wedding. We absolutely fell in love with her work after seeing the photos she had taken with them.
